Stamps - The Postage Kind

I created these ATC's for a "postage stamp" swap.  Maybe I was supposed to create a postage stamp - not sure - but I chose to incorporate a stamp into my art. 

Three simple little postcards I plan to swap.  Sometimes it's fun to just draw with a pen and add a little color.

I'm Back!

Trying to get back in the groove after a long and arduous house move.  Here are some postcards I did for the MMSA hot pink & orange swap, mostly in watercolor pencil.  Not my favorite color combination, so it was a stretch for me.

Art projects will be delayed while I move house - what a big job!  Hope to be creating again soon!

For a "Think Monday, Think ATC" swap on the subject of  "Bird Song," here is a little pen and ink sketch.

Vintage postcards that I picked up at antique stores came in handy for this collage featuring 'handwriting.'  I added used teabags for some age; other marks were done with charcoal pencil.
