These are for an Asian-themed swap.  My son lives in Japan, so I have plenty of fodder for this subject.

I covered the background with a teabag;
watercolors also used.

Getting Back to It!

How's that saying go?  Life is what happens while you're making other plans?  Or something like that ... anyway, my blog has suffered while I dealt with the holidays, etc.  So I'm getting back into the swing, and here are some little "masterpieces" I've been working on.

And these are ATC's I did for the MMSA "Stamp Heads" swap ... you get the idea ... this was a fun one!

 These are postcards I created for the Mail Me Some Art "Birds" Swap.

ATC for a clown-themed swap.  Micropen + marker.

The theme for this postcard swap was "wings."  Watercolor + ink.

Here is an ATC I did for the "Vintage" challenge over at Collage Obsession.  After a few false starts, I'm quite happy with my final product!

Current Swaps

Here are ATC's which I've mailed off for some swaps.  These first two were for a Steampunk swap over at Creative Souls.  This was a new subject for me, so I struggled a bit.

I created these ATC's for a Halloween theme and sent them off to my Blissfull Art swap partner.  Always fun to create creepy Halloween stuff!

Two pumpkin-themed ATC's I did for this week's Think Monday-Think ATC challenge.  My favorite is the owl, and it's dedicated to my little grandbaby whose favorite stuffed toys are "Jeff Owl" and "Chip Owl." LOL
